When will I receive my order?
Shipping typically takes 2-3 days depending on where it is being shipped. It can also take up to 8-10 days to deliver.
What comes with my order?
Once you receive your order you also get a business card and a thank you note. Small prints come inside an (optional) glassed black matte frame with no extra cost.
What if something is missing or broken?
If you get something broken or missing in the mail please email me ASAP at dez.thanielart12@gmail. We can negotiate a replacement **if the print is damaged** but a refund will not be given after 10 days of the purchase. (If shipping takes more than 10 days based off area code then you will recieve a 15 day grace period from purchase.) Photo evidence is required for refunded option.
What do I do about a Tattoo request?
If you ordering a tattoo sketch, please contact me via the contact page. Put as much detail as possible about what you want your drawing to be. This is literally going on your body (unless you just wanted a cool drawing that's cool too). Each drawing will be on an 8.5 x 11in page or 11 x 14in so not too much fr. Shipping estimates and previously stated details remain the same for drawings, it just won't be framed. Or a scanned copy of the drawing can be sent.
Please wait until order is accepted before you send your full payment. Half payment is required before the order has started and after 3 suggestions the remaining balance is required. I'm not gon scam you. Ion want no smoke. Thank you!!
How can I order a Watercolor Commission?
Send me a DM on instagram (@dez.thaniel) or an email (dez.thanielart12@gmail) of what you would like! Largest size for watercolor paintings is 9in x 12in. Pricing is determined by size, figure(s), background, and/or themes. Similar to tattoo drawings, half payment is required before order is started and after 3 suggestions the remaining balance is required.
