Power of Prayer pt 2 Print

About the Artwork: Desiree Thaniel's 'The Power of Prayer pt 2' was created in 2024. This painting features a set of hands in the Salat position of prayer. Muslims pray in ritual steps, this step being one of the last two bowing down and/or reciting the Qur'an. The writing at the bottom states "Salat Rabbigh-fir lee" which translates to "My Lord, Forgive Me".
